Shoppers Drug Mart

This was a longterm project that was a project managers nightmare...in fact, I know that our PM had nightmares but we pulled it off. We were asked to redesign and rebuild the Shoppers Drug Mart online experience piece by piece...in other words not a complete tear down and new site, but section by section. Moreover we were asked to conceptualize new ways to integrate Optimum, flyer, and card loading (which had previously not existed) into a broad SDM experience. It came down to conceptualizing the whole, but imaginging it in discreet pieces. FUN!!!
